Role Summary:
The Content Marketer will have a creative writing background and a history of working with start-ups in a content/creative marketing role. The Content Marketer should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain users; working closely with our marketing team. For this position, it's also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends.

Responsibilities:

• Expand our company's digital footprint and drive community-led brand awareness
• Drive traffic and house account sales through digital content
• Produce high-quality content including but not limited to; newsletters, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, social media, SMS, push notifications and website copy
• Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and the inKind team to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product's core benefits properly and consistently
• Build, own and maintain a content calendar and writing guidelines
• Create and execute a content strategy that supports the marketing team's short-term and long-term goals
• Create content that follows inKind's brand guidelines, including voice, tone, and writing style
• Assign and edit content produced by our team, including conceptualizing the projects upfront, assigning projects, and overseeing the development and copy-editing prior to publishing

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field
• 2+ years experience building content
• Take an inclusive approach to creating content
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Data-driven and highly analytical
• Proficiency with Google Analytics
• Proficiency with social media analytics

$65k-$75k DOE
